BoFly fishing Teacher-Coach-Artist-Entertainer, Michael T Williams, launched his career at age 10 (1955) when he was introduced to fly tying by his father, Tom Williams.
For more than 50 years, Michael has immersed himself in experiencing the magic of mountain rivers, the solitude of wilderness lakes---photographing & writing about his excursions. At age 65, some would say that Michael has yet to slow down. Indeed, Michael continues to engage in remote country fly fishing & photography.
Today, Michael is available for hire as Program/Workshop Presenter and as a River Guide. Michael's photo illustrated presentations are among the best in North America. Michael is an excellent resource for guiding upon Oregon's little known "pocket waters". Urged by many to publish his numerous stories and how-to-do it articles into book form, Michael is presently engaged in writing his first book.
Michael accepts invitations to demonstrate and teach fly tying and fly fishing at major events in the Western United States & Canada. Michael T Williams is the originator of the famous, "Michael T's Percolator".
